The villa itself is set within its own grounds surrounded by a perimeter fence with an electric gate for access. The grounds itself are quite large with a winding drive that leads up to the front of the villa. The villa is just the right size for a couple or young family with everything you could require. There are 2 additional fans as well as built in air con. There is a small outhouse containing washing machine and a camp bed if required.
There is a smart tv and a separate sound system which comes in handy for playing music while outdoors. Marti himself is very accommodating and even though we didn't need anything that wasn't already provided he would text to make sure that everything was ok and to see if we needed anything.
All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend bio casa to anyone, ten out of ten Marti for everything from value for money to location to helpfulness.
